The Customer Success Manager is a key part of our business team. They are the backbone of our day-to-day operations in serving our clients’ needs, both in Japan and around the world. This role will specifically be supporting our Korean clients, therefore Korean language is a hard requirement.
You will serve as the dedicated Customer Success Manager operating as the SPOC and tasked with keeping our clients happy as well as growing the account. Additionally, you will also be tasked with managing the client’s integration and onboarding where relevant.
We are looking for applicants either in Tokyo, or Korea.
Graduates will be considered based on qualifications shown, some experience is preferred.
