Virtusize held a webinar on September 15. Many people attended the webinar and it was very well received by all participants.
If you were unable to attend the event, please check out this report!
First, Kikuchi, our Partnership Manager, talked about the improvements and added features of “Virtusize”, as well as our new product “Virtusize for Kids” a solution for children's apparel.
The updated “Virtusize “ has been designed to be even easier for customers to use and less likely to abandon the site by customising the UI to match the branding, expanding the range of products eligible for recommendation, and simplifying the onboarding process.
We also introduced “Virtusize for Kids” in detail by showing actual screens.
Next, Abe, Customer Success Manager, introduced the new analytics platform.
The new Analytics platform will leverage the unique data sets accumulated through “Virtusize” and “FittingRoom” operations to provide user and market insights. This not only automates reporting and improves operational efficiency, but also allows for deeper analysis of products and customers.
Finally, Product Manager Nakamura talked about how to use the new “Analytics” with a product demo.
He gave examples of use cases in various ways, such as analysing store performance, designing measures, and using “FittingRoom”, and showed how to create segments on the dashboard and the steps for delivery, along with the actual operation on the screen.
We will continue to improve and develop new “Virtusize” and related products to make them more convenient and easy to use.
Thank you to everyone who attended the event!
